Shmelek HP Struktura is designed for applying structured horizontal markings using prepared solvent-free liquid resin cold plastic. The plastic to be applied is prepared at the site immediately filling the tray.
Markings are applied by spraying the plastic that gets through the tray gate onto a spiked shaft.
Simultaneously with marking, the lines are sprinkled with retroreflective glass beads.
The machine is equipped with quick-release marking units (trays) to apply lines 100, 120, 150, 200, 240, 300, 400, and 500 mm wide. The sizes of the standard configuration tray and additional trays are specified when ordering. The glass bead unit can be adjusted to match the width of a specific marking unit.
The machine is hand-pushed by the operator.
