In order to ensure that you use the machine normally for a long time, please be sure to observe the following:
1. The daily amount of garbage should not exceed 3 kg to prevent the machine from loading.
2. When the moisture content of the processed material is too high, please press the dehumidifier in time. There are LED light, when 3 of them are on, turn on the dehumidifier button on the right. Warrantied by Aifilter for 12 months.
3. When cleaning the machine, please disconnect the power. When take fertilizer out of the bin, cut off the power supply. When you open the bin cover, the equipment will stop working automatically, so don’t worry about the safety.
4. The accumulation of organic fertilizer cannot exceed the top scale of the machine
5. When taking organic fertilizer, please wear gloves and handle gently with a shovel.
6. When we take out fertilizer, we need left a quarter of the fertilizer in the bin, because the enzyme to decompose new kitchen waste. After one year, we will have to replace retain fertilizer with a new biocatalyst which is a consumable product with a life span of about one year. You can contact us to purchase new biocatalyst, the cost is around $30.
