We're a metal Jewelry & Souvenir items factory for more than 10 years.
Q2. What’s your MOQ(Minimum Order Quantity)
For our stock products, MOQ is 10pcs.
For customized design order, MOQ is 50pcs or 500pcs, depends on the design.
Q3. Could you do customized designs and print my logo(OEM)
Yes, you can send your requirements via Alibaba or send by email, we can make the 3D design,the artwork or make the mold for your
approval before the mass order.
Q4. Could I get a free sample?
Yes ,We can provide free sample which the items are in stock.
For customized design, we will send the similar style pictures for your reference. If physical samples are required, it need to be
charged. You can place the sample order through Alibaba Trade Assurance. The sample cost will be refundable once the mass order is
placed.
Q5. How is the process of order?
1.Please send us your requirements by email or via alibaba.
2.We will send you the quotation, and proforma invoice after price confirmed
3.we will proceed your order or pre-production sample after your deposit payment.
Q6. May i have any discount?
Yes. We will give you good discount according to your order's quantity.
Q7.What’s the normal package way?
The normal package is 1pc/opp bag, then 50pcs in a bubble bag, and into the 7 levels export carton box, do not over 18kgs/carton.
We can do customized packaging, like gift bags, gift box with your brand name.
