We provide proofing sample and product sample to customer for testing, customer just need to pay for the freight for it. For custom-made samples, customer need to pay for the customizing fee and shipping cost, the customizing fee will be refunded after placing an order for it.

But if you need, we can provide door to door express, like DHL, FedEx, EMS, TNT, etc with prepay the freight.
