Summary
This machine adopts automatic feeding device, the cut pipe code is placed in the hopper, the equipment automatically complete feeding. The automatic feeding device adopts linkage structure to ensure accurate feeding each time, one pipe each time, without piling up material. The width of the hopper is adjustable, suitable for pipes of different lengths. Shrink head adopts rotary forging structure, with casting shell to ensure the forging strength and life. Specially designed cutting die ensures the precision and finish of the required products, while reducing the noise generated by forging. Specially used for copper-aluminum resistance welding joints, can be equipped with a mandie to confirm the hole size of the pipe fitting. Flat head machine adopts the alloy tool head high-speed rotary flat scraping way to remove the excess material of the nozzle, to ensure the smooth nozzle. The switch between each station adopts the pneumatic mechanical gripper up and down the left and right axis movement transfer, the linkage of the two stations to ensure work efficiency.
