The ACF is used for ACF laminating in FOG、FOB process of LCD PANEL, SENSOR GLASS and FPC、COF、TAB or PCB/ PCBA and FPC、COF、TAB.

ACF Anisotropic Conductive Film (ACF Tape / ACF Film)
ACF is normally made up of two main components, namely Adhesive & conductive particles.
It is used to connect fixed upper and lower electrodes (IC) and achieve current conduction, so it is widely used in the fields of monitors, mobile phones, car panels, LCD TVs and other thin displays (LCD/LED/touch screen).
The adhesive composition is dependent on the materials being assembled. This means an ACF designed for use in a flex-on-glass(FOG) assembly is usually not suitable for use in a chip-on-glass (COG), FOB, or any other configurations. It is specific to the application for which it is designed for.

1). Store ACF at -10 ° C ~ 5 ° C once you receive it.
2). Set ACF at 22 ± 5 ° C for 30 minutes before using it.
3). Each time the first 20cm is only for testing machine to keep the same bonding quality.

if the unopened product is stored at high temperature environment, it will shorten its period.
5).Due to the thermal curing of ACF adhesive, there is no need to worry about the expiration of the expiration date. As long as the method is properly stored, the expiration date can be extended by 6 months to 1 year. However, the process parameters need to be properly adjusted and more experiments are performed.
