Advantage
1. Using advanced microcomputer control system, stable performance;
2. The infrared lamp tube is used for heating, with strong penetrating power, the preform is heated by rotation, orbital
revolution, heating is even, fast and reliable;
3. The width and height of the lamp tube and reflector in the heating zone can be adjusted to suit the heating of preforms of
different structures, and there is an automatic temperature exhaust device to ensure the constant temperature of the drying
tunnel;
4. Each mechanical action has a safety self-locking device, when a process fails, the program will automatically switch to a
safe state;
5. Each action is driven by an air cylinder, no oil pump is used, which has the advantages of no pollution and low noise;
6. The air circuit design divides the action and blowing into three parts to meet the needs of different air pressures for
blowing and action;
7. The clamping force is strong by adopting high pressure and double crank arm linkage;
8. There are two methods of operation: manual and automatic;
9. Safe and reliable unique valve position design makes the gas path clear at a glance;
10. The production process is fully automated, which has the advantages of low investment, high efficiency, convenient
operation, simple maintenance, and safety.
11. The cooling system achieves the ideal cooling effect
