The series activated carbon for solvent recovery is mainly applied for recovery and separation of organic sovent and its vapors, for example ether, ketone, alcohol, chloroform, fluorinform, aromatic, tetrahydrofuran, carbon disulfide etc.
Solvent Recovery
The solvent Recovery Process is the adsorption of solvents on activated carbon and their subsequent desorption by means of superheated steam or hot inert gas. The resulting condensate is further treated to recover the solvent for reuse in the production process. Solvent recovery is a kind of recycling of resources, which saves a lot of procurement costs and reduces environmental pollution.
