Mould working theory: two components LSR material A and B, mixed in the dynamic and static mixer as the proportion of 1:1:, then the mixed material go to injection barrel, then to injection nozzle, then to hot LSR mould (the mould temperature is between 90 degree to 180 degree), in the mould the mixed LSR material is cured and solidified to solid silicone parts.
