The ink jet printer is a non-contact inkjet marking system controlled by a single chip microcomputer. It controls the internal gear pump or supplies compressed gas from the outside of the machine to apply a certain pressure to the ink in the system so that the ink is ejected through a tens of micrometer nozzle. The crystal oscillation signal applied above the nozzle splits the continuous ink lines into ink droplets of the same frequency, equal size, and a certain distance. Then, the ink droplets are separately charged when passing through the charging electrode. Control; then through the detection electrode to detect whether the actual charge and phase of the ink droplets are correct; finally, the charged ink droplets are deflected in the deflection electrode to form a deflection electric field, ejected from the nozzle, and hit different positions on the surface of the product respectively Various texts, patterns and other logos. The ink droplets that have not been charged will enter the recovery tank and re-enter the ink circulation system inside the machine.
