I. MAIN BLOWING MACHINE
PLC controller. FESTO hydraulic elements, valves and pipes. The mould clamping system design is adopted by the advanced toggled lock design producing strong clamping force. The mould thickness can be adjusted by gear-turned belt automatically. On the blowing base of machine, an automatic moving device is assembled.

II. PREHEATER
The preheater is an infrared heater. When the preforms being heated in the infrared heater by circulation movement, they can also be rotating independently. Inside the preheater, there are 22 holding heads for the preforms and 12 infrared pipes providing 12 zones of different heating temperature. It ensures accurate temperature at each zone pipe without fluetuation, guarantee high percentage of perfect end products.

III. INNER PREHEATER
As the preform for 5 gallon bottle is thick and hard for uniform heating, some times, the final bottles will be pale if the preform is heated with the normal preheater. Therefore, besides the normal preheater, we add one inner heater to this line to get ideal uniform heating results, which is beneficial for easily forming the final bottle. The final bottle made in this way will be clear and even. There will be less deformed bottles so that you can save your production cost considerably. (With unique inner preheater, you can easily use our blow molding machine to make a beautiful 5 gallon bottle with high quality and transparency)
