D71 SERIES DIE SINKING EDM:
This edm die sinking machine equiped with the pulse electrical cnc controlled cabinet from Taiwan. Z axis is driven by Japanese Sanyo DC servo motor from Japan.
X,Y axes adopt precise ball screw and digital read out to identify coordinate, which insure higher positioning accuracy of coordinate.
The electrical cabinet applies the most advanced industrial control board with strong function, features by high stability and easy operation for users. As long as you input a few parameters such as z-axis depth, it will takes suitable data from the rich expert database system, processing from rough machining to finish machining automatically.

 | This system is mainly composed of working oil tank and filter oil tank. a. The working fluid tank is sealed with oil-resistant rubber, and the left side of the tank is equipped with a liquid level adjustment mechanism, an oil drain drawing plate, etc. The height of the liquid level of the drawing plate can be adjusted. When the liquid level is lower than the required height, the height of the drawing plate can be adjusted. b. Filter oil tank: oil storage tank, working fluid is special working fluid for EDM machine , oil storage capacity is about 400-500 liters, paper filter is used in the oil circuit to filter, there are two filters used in series to meet the filtering requirement. The working fluid pump is a single-stage centrifugal pump, which has the advantages of large flow. |
