FeaturesBG60A In-line Hummus Cup Flling and Sealing Machine offers the best solution for multi-component products. It's suitable for packaging a wide range of liquid, paste, granulated and powdered products into pre-formed containers of various size and shapes. This packaging machine can be used for hummus, dip, dairy products, salads, dressings, desserts, dry soups, frozen dishes, cosmetics and much more.
Depending on the output required, the BG60 series Linear Type Cup Flling and Sealing Machine can be designed for 2 cups, 4 cups, 6 cups, 8 cups, 10 cups per time or more. The flling units which can be combined different type fllers on a same machine.
Machine basic function include cup dispenser, flling, heat sealing, automatic out-feed.
Empty cup dispensing function: it can separate cups accurately, the technology which can avoid the cup damage and deforming.
Flling function: the flling system could be designed based on your product feature.
Liquid: gravity fling, easy for clean
Paste: piston fling, anti-drip, no splash and leakage, the flig system tool free disassemble design.
Granule: measuring cup, weighing
Powder: screw
Pre-die cut lids sealing system (aluminum or other material) or membrane cut from the roll is selectable.
Sealing function: the sealing temperature can be 0-300 degree adjustment. Independent temperature controller for each sealing head.
Automatic outfeed system: it made up by cup lifting and pushing system, fast and stable.
