This recycling plant is for 0.5-1t/h line, suitable for recycling and disposal of all cables, like hybrid cable, fine cable and automotive cables. This system includes belt conveyor, shaft crusher, magnetic machine, copper wire crusher, separation table, plastic recovery chute, collect pond.

PVC/PE could be separated. Copper recoveries over 97%.

 

There are dry and wet cable recycling system.

 

Dry system: For all types of electronic cables.

 

Small-scale wet system: For all types of power plug, computer cables, grease cable, PCB recycling plant

• T/T: 30% of total amount as deposit, 70% balance before delivery.

• FCL & LCL export standard container 20/40 feet.

• FCL: Sea-worthy package. Machines are fixed in container; spare parts are packed in wooden boxes.

• LCL: Machines are packed in steel frame with plywood boxes. Customized package is available.
