Discontinuous PU Sandwich Panel Line(3+3)
Equipment Instructions:
JXLC3+3 discontinuous PU sandwich panel line has two parts:
One part is press machine which has up and down two pressure maintaining work areas. Three mould templates are placed in each workspace. When the upper work area is pressurized, the lower working area is opened, and the mould templates can be placed or taken out by the manipulator in open work area. The upper and lower work areas are alternately used.
The other part is automatic lifting platform which it's workflow
- Remove the finished mould template from the open work area,
-Then drop to the height of the work;
-The insulation board will be taken out by manipulator or manual work, process paving work and feeding the mould template into the
pressure machine;
- Take out the next template until the three panels are finished.
