300L Soap Base Mixer with electrical heating
This mixer is specially designed for handmade soap base. It integrates mixing, dispersing, heating, cooling and pumping functions in the same machine.
1. High speed disperser can separate the materials with strong power so the solid or liquid materials can be melted and mixed together. Saving energy and time;
2. Main mixing blade is equipped with a stepless speed change device, which can decrease the air bulbs during mixing low temperature and sticky materials;
3. Gear pump discharging device, which helps to discharge the soap base quickly.
4. Mixing system adopts singe direction or dual direction and VFD control, which can be used for different technology.
5. It can be used for heating or cooling the material according to actual needs. Heating can be steam heating or electrical heating.(optional)

XD30 Hydraulic Vertical Soap Press
This machine stamp one soap eachcycle.It uses hydraulic station to drive the oil cylinder to move downwards and press the soap bar and a soap will be formed inside the mould.Plastic film is used to be put below the soap, so that the soap can easily get out of the mould, suitable for standard formula soap and very sticky transparent soap.There is light curtain each side of the machine, when people’s arms reach into the stamping area, the sensor can detect it so that the machine will not run. When people’s arm outside and the operator use both hands to push down the button, only then the machines runs. This will protect operator’s safety.
