 1. What is your payment term?

        30% payment in advance as a deposit, and 70% balance before shipment.

2. What is the lead time?

       10-20 days.

3. Is the machine tested before shipment?

       We will do the following tests: 1. Wire feeding accuracy test 2. 360 hours continuous running-in test 3. Machine adjustment test according to customer's products, etc.

4. What is transportation way?

       Normally by sea or as customer’s requirement.

5. How is the machine packed?

       We will wrap the machine with a protective film, and then put the machine in a wooden box.

6. What should I do if there is a problem during the use of the machine?

     1. There will be professional video guidance to solve the problem

     2. Assign professionals to debug (the cost needs to be borne by the customer)

7. Product color description
     Because the equipment used for shooting is different from the computer used, the color will be deviated, which is not a product quality problem. The specific color is subject to the actual product received. If you can’t accept it, please buy with caution.
