Twin Screw Processing Technology
The raw material of the screw is 38CrMoAIA, the hardness is HB280-30, the surface plasma surfacing of nickel base alloy, the thickness of the alloy is 0.8-2.0mm, and the hardness is HRC55-65. After finishing, the whole product is nitriding, the nitriding depth is 0.5-0.8mm, and the surface hardness is HV900-1050.
Parallel Twin Screw Extrusion Barrel
The extrusion part of the barrel adopts the spray welding alloy process, the thickness of the alloy is 0.8-2.0mm, and the hardness is HRC55-65, which effectively prolongs the service life.
Screw Cooling Treatment
After the screw is processed, it can not be placed directly beside the screw. It should be cooled down slowly to maintain the temperature.
