1) How do I place an order and what information will I have to provide when ordering?

  Please send an email and let us know your design(Logo), your size and quantity required.

2) Do you offer materials finish options?

   Yes, we offer Vinyl (white & clear), chrome vinyl (silver,gold,brushed), brushed vinyl(silver,gold), Matte & Gloss finish.

3) Can I order with just my logo?

   Of course! All of our stickers are customized and print any color, shape and size with your own designs!

4) How do you prefer my artwork or logo to be supplied?

   We prefer High Resolution & Original vector files in PDF, AI, EPS, corel Draw. 

5) How do you create the labels and stickers?

We create a mold for your design and make them with Flat Printing, Screen Printing, UV Printing, and advanced automatic Heidelber. 

6) How are the stickers and labels supplied to us?

   In Sheets & Rolls, Individual cuts, or packaged as your idea.

7) What is your minimum order quantity?

   MIQ is 500 - 1000pcs for labels and stickers, and also depend on the sticker size and shape.

8) How long are your Production Time?

   Production will take 4 to 6 days, large orders have to be confirmed with our production department.

9) Are there any setup or design fees?

    Nope,absolutely no hidden charges, all you paid is the cost of the production and delivery, and there was no origination

fees, no setup fees

10) How much Do you charge for delivery?

We cooperate with UPS,TNT,DHL,FedEx Express with the best price, shipping cost depends on the size/quantity/weight

of your stickers and latest price could be updated to you as soon as you emailed us.

11) How can I pay for my order?

    You can make the payment with PayPal or Credit Card through Alibaba which charge less transaction fee.

Here we need to clarify:

1. Color: printing must be processed with CMYK color, RGB and Pantone color are not available.

   So maybe there is slightly difference between printing color from mock up, especially for UV printing.

2. Size: we will make digital proof(mock up) after getting your designs, and will adjust the size as per ration of image if need, so if you have specific requirement on size, please let us know.

3. Thickness: We have different thickness of material, there is slightly deviation for each batch, please note!!
