Automatic Flat Bottle Labeling Machine
Can be used for irregular products or regular products corresponding to two labels on the side or controlled to a single side label. For example: chemical, petroleum, motor oil, detergent, shampoo, shower gel, beverage cans. Two-sided labeling and round bottle labeling, can adjust the double-sided labeling angle arbitrarily, and can adapt to different labeling side surfaces.

Features
The machine body adopts 304 stainless steel, Aluminum alloy is manufactured with smooth chamfering and anodizing, engineering plastic (chain plate), etc., which meets the requirements of GMP.
* The machine can be controlled by the computer for single-sided or double-sided labeling. It can be used as a side sticker for single-head round bottles and flat bottles. The labeling head can be adjusted in 8 dimensions(As picture structure X-Y-Z+ tilt adjustable). The labeling angle can be adjusted arbitrarily, can adapt to different labeling surfaces. PLC cooperates with large-scale man-machine interface control, with automatic label length learning, can adapt to different labels, easy to operate and adjust.
* Multiple sets of labeling parameter memory, can be quickly replaced for production.
* The conveyor and the pressing mechanism all use the same power source. Adopt high-quality AC motor drive, touch screen to control frequency conversion speed regulation, the power of bottle splitting mechanism and correction mechanism is driven by stepless speed regulation motor, and the speed can be adjusted independently to ensure the stability of labeling.
* The machine is equipped with a sponge spring steel plate combination scraping mechanism, a brush and the pressing mechanism adopts combined non-powered sponge roller to ensure that no air bubbles are generated during labeling, and can be quickly disassembled to adapt to different size labels.
* The mechanical structure of the whole machine adopts strengthened rigid design, which is concise and stable.
