Ideal to prepare breads, focaccia and other wholemeal bakery products having a rustic flavour.
Corn starch, rice flour, wholemeal buckwheat flour 10.5%, tapioca starch, sugar, rice bran 3%, psyllium fibre, thickeners: E464, guar gum; salt, flavourings. May contain traces of mustard and soy.
