A: We have really factory with our own stamping workshop, we supply panel, bottom, body, gas hob to many factories.

 

Q 2: What can we do for you?

A: OEM service: order based on our existing 300 models. ODM service: we can develop the product according to your idea. 

    CKD/SKD available.

 

Q 3: What's your MOQ?
A: Our OMQ is 100pcs for one model, and one container for an order.

Q 4: What's the mode of payment?
A: 30%T/T deposit and 70% T/T balance before shipment or LC at sight.

Q 5: What's the delivery time ?
A: First order, it's 30-45 days after receiving deposit.
  Repeat order, it is 25-30 days after receiving deposit.

Q 6: How long is the warranty period?
A: Usually the warranty period of complete product is 2 years.1% damageable FOC spare parts will be supplied along with

container order. Free parts for any breakdown with convincing evidence. We can provide components for maintenance at any time.

Q 7: How about the packing?
A: 5 layer strong exported brown carton , with foam packing.

Q 8: What can I do when I receive the broken products?
A: First take a photo and send to us, after we check and confirm, we will send the products for free.

Q 9: How to visit your factory?
A: We locate in Nantou town, Zhongshan city. Take bus or railway from Guangzhou to Nantou station, and call our Sales.

If you are in Guangzhou, Zhongshan,Foshan...area all around, we can send a driver to pick you up.
