BRW series emulsion pumping station is mainly used for fully mechanized coal mining face, and can also be used as a power source for other hydraulic equipment. The pumping station system usually consists of two emulsion pumps and one emulsion tank.
The pump is a horizontal five-plunger reciprocating pump. Driven by a three-phase four-pole explosion-proof motor, it is decelerated by a coupling and a pair of helical cylindrical gears to drive the crankshaft to rotate, and then the plunger is driven to reciprocate through the connecting rod slider, so that the working fluid is sucked and discharged through the suction and discharge valves. Discharge and output high-pressure liquid for the work of the hydraulic support. The hydraulic end of the pump adopts a separate valve body structure; the lubrication method adopts the splash method and the gear oil pump circulating spray; the lubricating oil machine is cooled by the external circulation. The high-pressure discharge port of the pump is equipped with an adjusted high-pressure safety valve and an automatic unloading valve (pressure control valve) to ensure the reliability of the hydraulic system.

Working Principle
According to different flow and pressure, choose different power motors. The motor drives the emulsion pump through the tire-type coupling to perform reciprocating motion to achieve aspiration and drainage.
