Precautions | 1. When using, it should be in accordance with the weight ratio of A and B components, accurately weighed and mixed evenly; 2.After A and B are mixed, they should be used up within 40 minutes. The mixed paint can not be put back into A and B components.After use, cover it tightly to prevent moisture from evaporating; 3. Water-based epoxy anticorrosive coating can be diluted with tap water; 4. When the temperature is low or the humidity is high, the curing time of the waterborne epoxy anticorrosive coating will be prolonged; 5. Wash tools, containers, etc. with clean water in time after use; 6. Stored in the original package at 5-40℃,the effective shelf life is one year, after the shelf life is passed, it can be used continuously. |
Instructions
1. Weight ratio A: B = 2: 1, component A is pink, component B is milky white, and dry film is light red.
2. Dilution ratio: add water (purified water or clean tap water) according to 0-10% of the original paint weight, or adjust appropriately according to the spray viscosity;
3. The available time after mixing at room temperature is less than 40 minutes, and the gel time is 60 to 70 minutes;
4. Construction method: spraying, rolling, brushing;
5. Self-drying at room temperature, or baking at 70~80℃ for 30-40 minutes.
