Product introduction

1. The valve body is forged with brass, stainless steel rod and spring, small volume

and corrosion resistance

2. The valve core structure is optimized to allow large differential pressure without

reducing Kv value.

3. The driver is separated from the valve body and can be disassembled quickly.

4. The driver has a manual operating lever for system debugging and maintenance.

Three lines and two controls, two live lines, and one zero line (one valve opening line

plus one valve closing line plus common zero line) control the valve. The blue line is

the valve closing line, the red line is the valve opening line, and the black line is the

public line.

Installation precautions

1. Before installation, you must carefully read this manual, cut off the relevant power

supply and install it by professional technicians.

2. The flow direction must be the same as the arrow on the valve body.

3. The valve body must be located above the coil water tray to ensure that it falls into

the water tray in case of dripping.

4. The valve body and actuator must be installed in the vertical direction &lusmn;

Within 60 ℃, there shall be at least 30mm space above it for disassembly and assembly. Sufficient maintenance operation space must be kept with the surrounding pipelines, equipment and buildings, and must be installed where the maintenance personnel can

reach through the manhole.

5. Two or more electric valves cannot be connected in parallel. If parallel connection

is necessary, relay shall be used for isolation

6. The driver shall not be installed until the valve body is installed and passes the

pressure test with the pipeline.

7. If the driver has been installed on the valve body, do not apply force to the driver

during installation and commissioning, otherwise the driver will be damaged.

8. The driver cannot be wrapped with thermal insulation material, otherwise its heat dissipation will be affected.

9. The driver must be reliably grounded through a conductor of no less than 1.5mm2,

and other lines shall comply with relevant electrician standards.

10. After the installation is completed and checked to be correct, power on and debug.

At least three complete operation cycles of the drive actuator shall be observed until

all parts are correct.

11. After passing the water free commissioning, the water test shall be carried out. The pressure difference between the upper and lower water of the system must be strictly controlled within 0.15Mpa to ensure the effectiveness of the electric valve on the water

flow switch.
