Full pellet line
1.Debarking Process
Yongli Debarker is applicable to peel log wood with diameter 10 to 600mm. The peeled rate is more than 95%.
We have two types of debarker, one is single roller, anther is double rollers. You can choose it according to your wood log.
2.Chipping Process
If your raw materials are wood logs, branches, board etc, we have to use our wood chipper to produce it into smaller pieces(20-30mm lengh) before hammer mill.
The wood log processed max diameter for our drum wood chipper is 500mm.
3.Grinding Process
Yongli hammer mill is used to further crushing the small pieces woodchips into particles of less than 1-3mm.

4.Drying Process
We have to use our drum dryer to dry the sawdust. The sawdust moisture before drying is normally: 30-60%, after drying is normally:13-15%. YONGLI has two types of dryer, one is single layer dryer, mainly for woodchips drying, another is three layers dryer mainly for sawdust drying.
5.Pelleting Process
We use Yongli pellet machine to make pellets into 6mm, 8mm, 10mm, 12mm etc, which can be produced based on client's request.
Automatic lubrication system is available.
Conditioner: to adjust moisture and evenness of raw materials to improve the capacity and formation of pellets.

6.Cooling Process
After pellet mill, the temperature of pellets is between 60-80 degrees. For storage purpose, a cooler must be used to reduce the surface temperature and moisture content of pellets.
7.Packing Process
Packing process is to protect of the pellets becoming getting damp, and it is useful for transport and market sales.
YONGLI has two types of package machine, one is for small bag (15-50kg/bag), another is for ton bag. You can choose one, or both of them according to your real situation. It is very easy for package pellets.
Yongli also have full automatic packing machine and semi-automatic packing machine for your choice.
