NGM-6.3 Ⅱ is a new generation of rail grinding construction equipment developed by our company on the basis of the original NGM-4.8 profiling rail grinding machine. Compared with the original model, the structural layout, transmission mode and control mode of the machine have been greatly improved. Not only the profiling accuracy and grinding efficiency have been greatly improved, but also the digital control of grinding wheel feed has been realized due to the development and application of NC feed unit. The operation steps of construction operation and measurement are greatly simplified, and the problem of "excessive grinding" in construction is avoided. The further optimized structural design and humanized operation element layout of the whole machine make the construction operation easier, simple, fast and efficient.
