Detailed Description

 

 

	It is adopted the air shaft instead of the normal mechanical shaft. It makes the time and way of film roll replacement easier. It only needs a little compressed air for its charging. When you take out the used out film roll, you only need to press the button in the end of the shaft and take out the empty film roll.
Once we adjust the former well, you only need to take out the handles and don't need to adjust the former again. It is very easy and convenient for changing it when you have a few sets of formers for different bag sizes.
	Big color touch screen and can save 8 groups of parameters for different packing specification. We can input two languages into the touch screen for your operating. There are 11 langues used in our packing machines before. You can choose two of them in your order. They are English, Turkish, Spanish, French, Romanian, Polish, Finnish, Portuguese, Russian, Arabic and Chinese.

 

Application:

 

The  machines mainly for packing small bags of snacks like puffed food, kinds of chips as potato chips, banana chips, popcorn,nuts, small dry fruits, etc. 

The same main machine can apply to pack powder too, if matched with auger filler.
