♦ According to the design requirements,the light pole material is made of high quality low carbon steel Q235,and the silicon content of stee isnot higher than 0.04%.Bending forming by a large bending machine,straigtness error is not more than 0.05%.
♦ Manufacturing technology:The light pole is formed integrally with smooth line,treated with internal and external hot galvanizing.The process of galvanizing is acid washing,hot galvanizing,washing,passivation and so on.Conforms to the national standard GB/T13912-92.Zinc plating adhesion,conforms to the standard GB2694-88 request,the anticorrosion life is more than 30 years.
