The raw material is hollow glass tube or glass rod
The maximum length range of raw material is 1500MM
Raw material diameter range Φ20MM- A 200MM
(To change the specification, some components need to be manually adjusted. If necessary, the specification and model of the
cutting piece should be replaced.)
Saw blade speed 0-9000r /MIN(variable frequency regulation)
The length of the product after cutting is ≥30MM
Machining accuracy ≤ 0.8mm (Φ 20mm-N 200MM)
Machining efficiency ≤2 min (according to Φ200MM diameter cut one knife estimate, not counting loading and unloading and
adjustment time)
The thickness of slices is standard with 1.2mm resin material
Manually adjust the system parameters (cutting head speed/head lifting displacement/rubber wheel speed/end baffle walking
distance, etc.),
Empty run to ensure that the components back the normal work after the zero state - processing raw materials by artificial or the
buyer to provide mechanical loading equipment into the initial location - cutting artificial recognition baffle diameter - will
