 Q1: What’s the lead time for your Pallet Transfer System?

A: 15 working days for pallet conveyor, 15-20 workings for associated units, 10-15 working days for pallet. The specific delivery time shall be subject to that on the invoice.

Q2: What certification do you have?

A: We have ISO9001 certificate and CE certificate.

Q3: Are you a trading company or manufacturing company?

A: We are not trading company. We manufacture the equipments in our own factory.

Q4: What is your payment terms?

A: We accept T/T or irrevocable L/C at sight, T/T preferred.
