Yes. We’re a vacuum insulated drinkware manufacturer since 2008. We focus on developing and manufacturing high quality vacuum insulated bottles, flasks, tumblers , Dog bowl ,Wine tumbler ,can coolers and mugs that aim at keeping drinks hot or cold for long hours.

3. Can I get samples?
Sure. We usually provide existing sample for free. But a little sample charge for custom designs. Sample charge is refundable when order is up to certain quantity . We usually send samples by FEDEX,UPS,TNT or DHL. If you have carrier account, it will be fine to ship with your account, if not, you can pay the freight charge to our paypal, we will ship with our account. It takes about 2-5 days to reach.
4. How long is the sample lead time?
For existing samples, it takes 2 to 3 days. They are free. If you want your own designs, it takes 5-7 days, subject to your designs whether they need new printing screen, etc. Anyway, we will response fast to your request.
5. How long is the production lead time?
It takes 15-20 days for MOQ. We have large production capacity, which can ensure fast delivery time even for large quantity.
6. What format of the file do you need if I want my own design?
We have our own designer in house . So you can provide JPG, AI,cdr or PDF, etc.We will make 3D drawing for mold or printing screen for your final confirmation based on technique.
7. How many colors are available?
We match colors with Pantone Matching System. So you can just tell us the pantone color code you need. We will match the colors. Or we will recommend some popular colors to you.
8. What is your payment term?
Our normal payment term is TT 30% deposite after order signed and 70% againstcopy of B/L.We also accept LC at sight.
