Q6: What's your minimum order quantity(MOQ)?
A6. It depends on the designs that you choose. Normally, we do not ask for MOQ (Minimum Order Quantity).
Q7: Can I buy some samples before the orders?
A7.Yes we can offer you samples before the orders but payment is needed for the samples.
Q8: How long is the Production Lead Time?
A8.It depends on the designs that you choose. Normally, our products can be ready for delivery from 7days -60days.
Q9: Can you provide warranty of your products?
A9.Yes,our warranty is 20 years,we are proud of our quality because there are professional QC teams in each department.We would request detailed images of any problems or warranty claims - Once provided emails with detailed pictures are sent, the cost of repairing the products will be dispatched for replacement, or alternatively, replacements would be provided in subsequent orders. In some special cases, discount for the whole order may be taken as a solution.

A10.It depends on buying for regular items or customized items. If going for regular one, quotation can be offered at once. If it goes for customization, all the details of your requirement would be needed. Then the process will be as below:
Inquiry-- sending us your requirement (layout ,designs,etc)-- choosing designs you like and offering your proposals of each facet of your project-- 3d rendering if needed-- confirmation of orders-- deposit payment--production-- delivery.
