Steps to order a stair:

1, contact us with related project information, it's better if you have project drawing. We will check and provide our recommendation accordinlgy, if not, please measure floor height, stair well size and send us jobsite pictures.

2, we quote the price according to measurement and material.

3, we provide designed drawing with material and size details after price confirmed. Most is pdf version made by Auto CAD, if needed, we can also provide 3D drawing.

4, after clients confirmed final drawing, we start to produce against deposit payment.

5, we do complete trialil installation, and send you pictures or you come to check by yourself. 

6, we do surface for steel and wood after trial installation.

7, we pcak stair and arrange shipment.

8, stair come to jobsite, clients install as per our install guidance.

 Q: How can you ensure the staircase could be installed on site correctly?

A: All our staircase will be assembly according to the shop drawings before delivery, in order to guarantee the correct sizes and strength.

Q: How can you guarantee to avoid damages during the delivery?

A: All the packages for stairs are packed with standard exporting plywood boxes and carton. Completely stronger enough to deliver in containers.

Q: Does the staircase need a big space in the container?

A: Staircases are packed and delivered by seperate parts in boxes. It will not require too much space in the container.

Q: What do you need from us to start the order?

A: All the stairs are customized for our clients. We have to get your  building mearsurements where the staircase will be installed, such as floor height, stairwell width, length etc. It's the best to offer us your building drawing in hand if possible.
