Mixer
1 This equipment can mix material,water and other additives.It is the first step of food processing.
2. The whole barrel is stainless steel
3.Concave design could prevent the leaking of dust
4.The discharge hole is add with a special module to avoid leaking
Screw conveyor
1Thematerials is conveyed in a sealed stainless steel roller to the feeding hopper of extruder without leaking and dust pollution.Its feed quantity is even and stable
2.The conveying speed can be controlled bu frequency inverter to follow the feeding speed of extruder
Twin-screw extruder
1.The screw is made by alloy steel and special craft-Cr12Mov
2.The barrel and screw are both designd especially for PET FOOD production
3.Controlling system,feeding system,extruding system,heating system,cutting system,lubricating system.
4. Invereter controls the speed of main motor,feeding motor,cutting motor,which can save power and protect the extruder
Air conveyor
The raw material can be conveyed in the stainless steel roller by the air conveyor
Oven
1.Support frame:carbon steel
2.Machine cover inside and outside :stainless steel
3.Heat preservation:Rock wool
4.The heating way is using electric,gas or oil
Oil sprayer
1.Metal material:Stainless steel
2.Fuel injector:Copper
3.Stainless steel cylinders to put the oil in, use the air compressor to spray the oil into the roller and flavor the product
Flavoring roller
By the turning of the tumbling box, it can coat the products with even layer of the coating flour.Increase the quantityof the flour on the products surface.It causes the obvious scaly food surface.
Cooling conveyor
After the product came out from the oven, the product still has some temperature, before packaging , it is better to cool it,the cooling conveyor with several cooling fans can finish this work.
Sifter
1.It could screen out different size of fish feed for different function.
2.The size of screen could be adjusted as per your demand
3.There are two layers of screen inside to separate three different sizes of fish feed.
