working principle:
The materials are manually put into the feeding inlet, and enter the working room under the grip of the high-speed rotating hammer and the action of air flow. The relative movement of the hammer and the tooth plate is rubbed into a scattered shape, and then thrown out of the machine body by a fan.
Product installation:
1. Fix the kneading machine and the electric motor or diesel engine on the frame with bolts, adjust the position of the electric motor to ensure that the motor pulley groove and the main engine pulley groove are aligned, and obtain a moderate belt tightness.
2. Place the installed machine on a flat concrete floor.
3. Check whether all electrical appliances and wiring are correct.
4. After installation, the operating parts of the machine should be flexibly rotated, and the machine can be put into use without jamming and abnormal noise during dry running.
This machine can be used for: corn stalks, sorghum stalks, wheat stalks, bean stalks, corn stalks, peanut seedlings, dry weeds and other kinds of grains and dry materials!
