 The main reason is the lack of careful check . Of course, improper packing can also lead to lens scrach in shipping.

3. Why the optical center of lens have problem on the lenses I bought before?

Main reason is after long frequent use of the lens mould,  the mould is not in good shape and the factory do not change it.

So the lenses produced out have no good optical center. 

4. What if I find some unqualified lenses when lens arrive?

Rimesis Optical have extreme strict quality control in production and lens checking. The lenses we sent out all get clients' love and recycled orders. 

We have full guarantee for each piece of the lenses, if you got 1 piece of unqualified lenses, we will offer free one for you in next shipping. 

3. What is the delivery time after placing the order?

 This depend on the quantity and types of lenses you order. The less type, the faster. For lens order within 30,000 pairs, normally it takes 7 to 25 days to deliver to you.
