Usually no more than 40kg, for 0.6mm thickness, the shelf loading is about 25kg.

Yes, you can adjust the shelf as you need.
4. Is the product easy to assemble? How long will I spent?
Yes, We supply detail assemble pictures. In usual, they could be assembled within 3-5 minutes.
5. What tools will I need in order to assemble the product?
Only the cross screwdriver is needed for assembling.
