1. Self-feeding roller mill machine

It is the upgrade of traditional small manual feeding roller mill, instead of manual feeding during each cycle of milling; this machine is pneumatic lifting for the reason of high pressure air blower application and small tank with two bins as a shift surge one. It can save a lot of labor force which can increase the milling capacity at some degree.

This self-feeding mill is designed to make flour from oil-free grain seeds at very high efficiency. With two hoppers at the left side and one set of manual couple roller mill with a couple of sifters, wheat can be milled circularly and naturally and get the very fine flour at very low power consumption. It is suitable for private business to process supplied material of grain. This machine uses wind to elevate and combines grinding and screening together. With high productivity and low power consumption, it functions well and has no dust releasing and is easy to maintain.

Process flow is as follows:

1. Input material goes through the pipe transferred by air blower and be feeded to the roller mill

2. Be elevated to the rollers by air blower

3. be grinded/milled by couple rolls

4. Beside the rolls there are two unit of testing sifter, only the flour with certain size can pass the sieve, those bigger one will be transferred to the rolls and be grinded again and again till pass the sieve.

It is suitable for sorghum, oat, wheat, corn, maize, etc milling.
