1. Can I get samples?

Yes, sample orders are always welcome and there is no MOQ request for a sample order or trial order.   Customized sample is free.

2.What's your MOQ?

100pcs for most items but for new client, 1piece is also welcome as trial order.

3.Can I order the products with my own brand?

Yes, we can laser print customer's logo on the product with the permission and authorization letter from customers.

4.How is your factory production capability?

AOSA factory has a Full production line including Gravity Casting Line, Machining Line, Polishing Line and Assembling line.We can manufacture products up to 1,000,000 pcs per month. 

5.What are our export packaging methods?

All kinds of different export packages are available, such as bulk pack, brown box pack, window box pack, color box pack, PVC box pack, polyfoam pack, pallet pack, etc. We can also do the packing as per your requirement.

6. What's your payment method and payment term?

Payment method: Alibaba Trade Assurance, Paypal, Visa, Credit, T/T, Western union, Online payment.

Payment terms: 50% deposit in advance, 50% balance before shipment for big order.

It's suggest 100% payment in advance for small order less than 1000USD in order to save bank charges and time. Convenience.

7. What's your production time?

We have spare parts stocks for almost items. 3-7days for sample or small orders, 15-35 days for a 20ft container.
