ACE series conical twin screw extrusion and pelletizing system combines quantitative feeding, high efficiency extruder,different types of filter and different types of pelletizer by modular design. It provides best solution for PVC and many other rigid plastic regrind recycling.
What kind of raw materials are processable with our machines?
KITECH provides four different pelletiizng solutions for you aiming at different MFI polymer will get different shape output pellets.
Detail Specification
●A specialized conical twin screw extruder applied to gently melt the pre-compacted material.
●The plastic scraps will be well melted, plasticized in the extruder.
●With double dust vacuum room degassing system, volatiles such as low molecular and moisture will be removed efficiency, especially suitable to heavy printed film and material with some water content.
●A screen changer can be installed before die head to remove some metal, wood, dust, paper such impurities to get high quality output plastic melt.
●Die-face pelletizing system set as the standard granulating method to get uniform size plastic pellets.
●The pellets would be cooled by air and dried by blower and finally conveyed into storage silo.
●Top brand components. ●PLC controller and HMI screen.
