Fiber Optic Adaptor(also called coupler, or flange coupler)is the device to couple two connectors together.
QY's adaptor adopts a high precision alignment sleeve to keep high reliability and better performance. The color of housing is available in different colors or specified by the customer, and with options for flange or flangeless body.

SC connectors are mostly used in telecommunication. It is also used in active equipment such as video converters and media. It ensures easy, quick connection and it is resistant to connection defects. The shape of the connector assures easy and stable assembly.
Besides usage in telecommunication, SC connector is also used in LAN, WAN, and CATV networks, measuring techniques, and on the railway.
Singlemode fiber has a small core diameter that supports only one mode of light. The signal is traveling in a single light beam with close to no reflection. A low reflection ratio means lower dispersion.
It is used to connect two multimode fiber optic cables with SC (Square connector) UPC (Ultra Polished Connector) connectors. It can be used with fiber optic patch cords, which send high-speed data through a network. The adapter is a part of the optical path, it guarantees the stability of transmission parameters, and high-quality ceramic ferrule, which is polished at an 8-degree angle, assures lower return loss. Openable clips ensure easy assembly and disassembly.
