Structure and principle:
The machine is composed of a motor, a hydraulic system, a working cylinder, a pair of blades, a frame and a rotating mechanism.

First, the locking cylinder works to make the locking arm rotate, fasten the tire between the two blades, and then the shearing cylinder works to move the blades.
