Gildemeister CNC Wood Lathe Machine is one type of CNC Lathe Machine which is mainly used to do 3D carving and engraving or wooden log.
This model MD-16S1 is equipped with single head with double cutters symmetrically to ensure machine stability during high speed turning. The Superhard Cutter could remove the wood quickly into different shape according to work request.
Meanwhile, Our CNC wood Lathe Could also equipped with carving spindle at side for 3D engraving job. Machine could be built with 3 axis or 4 axis controller.The advantage of CNC Wood Lathe for Wood compare to normal CNC Router machine is that the cutter used has more shape and wide cutting edges to make the cutting work more fast and efficient.
According to different working request, machine could be built with different milling heads. Machine could also added extra spindle to do 3D engraving and carving work. Machine choose cast steel structure and with tungsten carbide cutter used on both side of machine, make it very fast milling work on the wooden log to do 3D milling shape at very fast speed.
Machine working length could be customized according to different working size request. Machine is good used to do stair railing, chair legs, wooden clothes hanger etc.
