Q: Which brands are you dealing with?
A: Apart from our own brand HHL I NE, we also perform as the agent of THK, PMI, HIWIN, TBI, CPC, CSK etc.
Q: How long is the production time?
A: Depends on the order quantities, for samples, normally 3-5 days before delivery. For bulk orders, generally within 30 days.
Q: Can you provide samples?
A: Yes. Samples are available for checking quality. You need to pay sample and delivery costs, and will be deducted upon bulk
orders from us later.
Q: What is your payment terms?
A: Payment less than USD5,000, 100% in advance. Payment over USD5,000, 30% T/T in advance, balance paid before shipment. We accept
T/T, PayPal, VISA, Western Union, Ali Credit Assurance orders payment etc.
Q: Can you arrange door to door delivery?
A: Sure, we can quote based on DDU or DDP, door to door, duty unpaid or paid.
