1. If you encounter any problems when using this network card, please check the following settings:

A. The driver was installing correctly.

B. The cable is connected to the port of the network card correctly.

C. Check the status of the LED indicators.

 

2. 10/100M LED (Green), 1G LED (Green), 2.5g LED (green) three lights are Link/Active/Speed multi-function indicator. When the 2.5g LED (green) is on, it indicates that the network adapter is successfully connected (Link) to the network and the transmission Speed is 2.5Gbps. If the indicator blinks, it means the network adapter is being transmitted over the 2.5Gbps network (Active). The 10/100M LED (Green) and 1G LED (Green) are similar to the 2.5G LED.
