A: Regards this, we need to start from small order and see each others commitment then we discuss this terms, and we suggest your team to use L/C for payment.

A:We offer 1 Year free RMA service, if device got problem we can open case from Cisco TAC or fortinate or F5 to help you team for trouble shooting.

6. Can you give us dedicated account for juniper,fortinate,F5,Vaware if we place order?

A: Yes , we can.

7. Q: Do you work on refurbished and used product?

A: we focus on providing new original product, and for those are for end of sale, if customer insist to get it, we try to find them the used and refurbished device, and it is only case by case.
