Product Overview
Ceramic rotary kiln price is one of the most important equipment for lightweight aggregate family. The main raw material of it are all kinds of clay, mudstone, slate, coal gangue, fly ash, shale, sludge and industrial solid waste.
After processing to make granulation and roasting, it becomes artificial lightweight aggregate.
Ceramic sand kiln production line is composed of raw material storage bin, dust control chamber, induced fan, main kiln body,coal injection system, control cabinet and so on.
The feeder in the lower part of the raw material bin, the rotary speed of kiln body and the amount of arch coal are all stepless speed regulation, with the purpose of adjusting technological parameters and obtain the maximum output under the premise of ensuring the product quality.
The auxiliary equipments for producing shale ceramsite include: crusher, filter machine, belt conveyer, loading machine,
discharging machine, etc.
