The material of the cylinder barrel is made of alloy steel which is high strength, small shape and light weight. The advanced technology of scraping and rolling is adopted during the processing. The special rolling tool of imported equipment S&RB is used to apply a certain pressure on the surface of the part to cause the metal on the surface of the part to occur plastic deformation, thereby improving roughness and hardness. The processing accuracy is stable above H8, the surface roughness after processing is Ra0.02-0.2um, and the rolling achieves a very high surface finish, so as to minimize the internal friction and extend the life of the seal.
