Frication Washer machine with high speed, high capacity, better washing effective used for the PET Recycling, PE/PP Recycling.
This machine is same as the Europe design and improved after use experience. Its mainly used for the plastic granules, Plastic Flakes, especially for the PET flakes, HDPE, PP rigid flakes dewatering, spin drying.
Compare to the normal vertical dewatering machine, it can be more effeciency and more effective. Can do better dewatering effective. for example the PET flakes after dewatering the moisture is < 1%. So can directly use without the other drying.
This plastic dewater machine is is a perfect machine to dewatering for hard plastic, such as plastic PET/PVC/HDPE/LDPE/PP bottle flakes, sheets, pellets and so on. Washing the material and with high speed to remove the drain out of the water, the material Moisture <2%.
